Shipping Policy

All orders are processed on average within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Times:
Shipping times shown are estimates based on average processing times. During busy periods or growth spurts, orders may take a little longer to ship. Thanks for your patience while we keep up with the stoke.

Shipping timelines begin after processing, not on the order date.
Shipping carrier delays are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Free shipping on all orders over $160 CAD

International Shipping (USA)

Free shipping on all orders over $160 CAD

Please note: In rare cases, U.S. Customs may apply duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are set by the U.S. government and are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping (NOT USA)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Good Day Optics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not deliver to PO Boxes; we require land locations. 

DUTIES & TAXES

Good Day Optics goggles and sunglasses are Made in Canada and qualify under CUSMA (Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement).

Orders shipped to the United States and Mexico are not subject to import duties or tariffs.

Local taxes (such as sales tax or VAT), if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello at gooddayoptics.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 60 days after your order date. We accept used, abused, and damaged products, and will refund the full order amount less shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is returned, the full original shipping cost (including any portion we covered under free or subsidized shipping) will be deducted from the refund. Orders that qualified for free shipping but are later returned, or partially returned so the remaining total falls below $230, will also have the original shipping cost deducted.

We can provide a prepaid return label for your convenience; however, the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from the refund.

Our apparel is made to order especially for you, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or the sizing does not match the provided size guides.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello at gooddayoptics.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll make sure you’re taken care of and happy with your purchase.
